Sustainable Development Alliance
Sustainable Development Alliance (SusDA) was established in 2013 as a human rights and humanitarian NGO. SusDA primarily provides conservation and green energy interventions aimed at contributing to the sustainable management of nature to preserve biodiversity and works with communities to enhance their resilience to the effects of climate change. In addition to caring for the environment, SusDA adopts a human rights framework and uses a rights-based approach to protect the rights of the poor and vulnerable with the goal of eradicating poverty. We pay particular attention to children’s protection and rights, as well as youth and women’s rights. Through this integrated approach of environmental conservation and human rights advocacy, SusDA recognizes that sustainable development can only be achieved when communities are both environmentally resilient and socially empowered.
